At 5% weight loss, chest fat begins redistributing and airway pressure reduces. First sleep improvements typically noticed.
Goal: First 5 lbs
Week 3
Neck circumference drops
Neck fat reduces measurably. Partner reports quieter nights. AHI events begin decreasing. Sleep quality score improving.
Goal: 10 lbs down
Week 4
Approaching your goal
Closing in on your SnoreWeight threshold. Sleep quality measurably better. Some participants report reaching their goal this week.
Goal: Cross your SnoreWeight
The leaderboard tracks percentage of SnoreWeight gap closed — so it's fair whether you need to lose 10 lbs or 50.
